How long have you been with Movinglife, and what initially drew you to the company?

I have been working at Movinglife since the company started, about 10 years ago.

What makes Movinglife stand out in the mobility scooter industry, and why did you join this brand over others?

Movinglife stands for innovative mobility solutions that have changed the industry.

I chose Movinglife at the time because I wanted to make my mark on a company from the beginning and could implement all my years of experience in the growth and development of global distribution.

As Global Sales Manager, you work with various partners worldwide. What do you enjoy most about collaborating with Movinglife's international network?

Managing an organization and ensuring that my ideas actually work out successfully for our partners.

What essential qualities do you look for when selecting new partners or distributors to work with globally?

Passion, perseverance, and love for our product, combined with a solid after-sales service department and a good marketing department, are requirements for success.

How do you see the mobility scooter market evolving, and how is Movinglife preparing for these changes?

The industry is still very primitive. However, we are one of the few companies that really listen to the end users, and with that information, our R&D Department develops new products.

We are currently in the final process of launching new products that will be groundbreaking in the industry.

Can you share a memorable experience working in the mobility scooter space, such as an impactful interaction with a customer or partner?

Many partners still think old-fashioned and are afraid to sell innovative products at a higher price. Ultimately, it is not about what the shops want to sell but what the end customer wants. I have seen this switch many times with our partners. I experience this challenge daily, and with many partners, it works out surprisingly well once they have made the switch themselves. Listening to customers is the basis.

What has been the most rewarding aspect of helping people enhance their independence and quality of life with Movinglife's products?

I receive photos and emails daily from customers thanking us for the freedom they have regained by using our products. Making people happy and letting them enjoy life is very good for me and the employees at Movinglife.
